Terms

Last updated 26 July 2026

These terms apply when you use Frameboard, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Chamber of Commerce number [KVK NUMBER]. Using the service means you accept them.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and your email address current, because it is the only way we can reach you. An account belongs to one person. You are responsible for what happens under it, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your work is yours

You keep every right in the material you put into Frameboard. You give us only the narrow permission needed to actually run the service: to store your work, to display it back to you, and to show it to the people you deliberately share it with. That permission ends when you delete the material. We do not use your work to train AI models, and we do not sell it or license it to anyone.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Reference images and clips frequently belong to someone else, and Frameboard being a private planning tool is not itself a licence.

Fair use of the service

Do not use Frameboard to store or share unlawful material, to break into other people's accounts, to work around plan limits, to hammer the API automatically, or to resell the service as your own. We can suspend an account that does, and will explain why.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are not yet live. The pricing page currently records interest only: choosing a plan does not charge you, does not create a contract, and does not unlock paid features. When billing opens we will publish the terms that apply and ask you to opt in. Nobody is charged automatically because they once clicked a button.

Free accounts have limits on the number of productions and on media storage. Both are shown in the app and may change with notice.

Availability

Frameboard is offered as it is, with no promised uptime while it is this young. We may change, interrupt or withdraw features. If we ever discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice and time to export your work, which you can do at any point anyway. Every production exports to JSON, PDF and CSV.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like, from the account page, and it takes effect at once. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and other than in clear-cut abuse we will contact you first.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or our own intent or gross negligence. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost production time, and our total liability is capped at what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. The export tools are there for that.

Governing law

Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in [CITY], the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product grows. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always tells you which version you are reading.
